CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR SUMMER 2021

The following cancellation policies apply to SLEEPAWAY CAMP registrations for Summer 2021 @ LAKE WALES, FL [policies apply per registered camper and session]

 

  • Processing fee of $95 is non refundable.
  • All payments made will be fully refundable with a cancellation written notice sent by email when requested on or before February 15, 2021. Cancellation notice should be send to: registration@camplallanada.com
  • Cancellations requested between February 16, 2021 and May 15, 2021 will be refunded after deducting a cancellation fee of $1,200.
  • No refunds will be issued on cancellations requested on or after May 16, 2021.
  • Refunds will be made within 30 days of formal request.

 

Additionally,

  • No full or partial refunds will be issued for campers that do not attend camp without a proper written cancellation notice, arrive late, depart camp before the end of the session, or are expelled due to behavioral issues.
  • If a family needs to move their registration to a different camp session in 2021, a transfer of the camp fees will be allowed on a space availability basis. Any cost difference [example: two-week session vs three-week session] will be reimbursed or charged at the time of the transfer.

 

In regards to situations beyond our control, such as but not limited to pandemics, natural disasters, etc:

  • IF Camp La Llanada’s Summer 2021 can NOT go forward due to a government mandate or our own decision, we reserve the right to maintain or modify our current cancellation policy accordingly with previous notification to our registered families.
  • Camp La Llanada reserves the right to change the start and/or end dates of the Summer 2021 sessions in accordance with the indications of the local authorities in regards to the development of any situation beyond our control.

 

Other fees and charges:

  • Registration installments and/or balances must be paid on the due dates set forth by our registration system. Late payments or declined credit cards will incur a $50 fee per camper per session.
  • For those enrolled in our installments payment plan, automatic charges will be made within the last 5 days of each month with previous email reminders from our client services department.

The following cancellation policies apply to our NEW LITTLE SLEEPAWAY CAMP registrations for Summer 2021 @ SEBRING, FL [policies apply per registered camper and session]

 

  • Processing fee of $95 is non refundable.
  • All payments made will be fully refundable with a cancellation written notice sent by email when requested on or before May 31, 2021. Cancellation notice should be send to: registration@camplallanada.com
  • Cancellations requested between June 1, 2021 and June 30, 2021 will be refunded after deducting a cancellation fee of $1,200.
  • No refunds will be issued on cancellations requested on or after July 1, 2021.
  • Refunds will be made within 30 days of formal request.

 

Additionally,

  • No full or partial refunds will be issued for campers that do not attend camp without a proper written cancellation notice, arrive late, depart camp before the end of the session, or are expelled due to behavioral issues.

  • Processing fee of $10 is non refundable.
  • All payments made will be fully refundable with a cancellation written notice sent by email on or before April 30, 2021. Cancellation notice should be send to: registration@camplallanada.com
  • Cancellations requested between May 1, 2021 and June 11, 2021 will be refunded after deducting a cancellation fee of $100 per registered day camp week.
  • No refunds will be issued on cancellations requested on or after June 11, 2021.
  • Refunds will be made within 30 days of formal request.

 

Additionally,

  • No full or partial refunds will be issued for campers that do not attend day camp without a proper written cancellation notice, arrive late, depart day camp before the end of the week, or are expelled due to behavioral issues.
  • If a family needs to move their registration to a different day camp week in 2021, a transfer of the day camp fees will be allowed on a space availability basis.
  • If a family needs to register for an extra day camp session after their initial registration, this new registration will be billed according to the pricing stage at the moment of registration.

 

In regards to situations beyond our control, such as but not limited to pandemics, natural disasters, etc:

  • IF Camp La Llanada’s Day Camp 2021 can NOT go forward due to a government mandate or our own decision, we reserve the right to maintain or modify our current cancellation policy accordingly with previous notification to our registered families.
  • Camp La Llanada reserves the right to change the start and/or end dates of the Summer 2021 day camp weeks in accordance with the indications of the local authorities in regards to the development of any situation beyond our control.

 

Other fees and charges:

  • Registration installments and/or balances must be paid on the due dates set forth by our registration system. Late payments or declined credit cards will incur a $25 fee per camper per day camp week.
  • For those enrolled in our installment’s payment plan, automatic charges for day camp registrations will be made between the 10th and 15th day of each month, with previous email reminders from our client services department.

The following cancellation policies apply to NIGHT CAMP™ registrations for Summer 2021 @ SOUTHWEST RANCHES, FL [policies apply per registered camper and session]

 

  • Processing fee of $20 is non refundable.
  • All payments made will be fully refundable with a cancellation written notice sent by email on or before April 30, 2021. Cancellation notice should be send to: registration@camplallanada.com
  • Cancellations requested between May 1, 2021 and June 25, 2021 will be refunded after deducting a cancellation fee of $200 per registered night camp session.
  • No refunds will be issued on cancellations requested on or after June 25, 2021.
  • Refunds will be made within 30 days of formal request.

 

Additionally,

  • No full or partial refunds will be issued for campers that do not attend night camp without a proper written cancellation notice, arrive late, depart night camp before the end of the session, or are expelled due to behavioral issues.
  • If a family needs to move their registration to a different night camp session in 2021, a transfer of the night camp fees will be allowed on a space availability basis.
  • If a family needs to register for an extra night camp session after their initial registration, this new registration will be billed according to the pricing stage at the moment of registration.
